Hotel Halbert and Restaurant Blumé opened

Open: Restaurant Blumé in Hotel Halbert, Groningen

Groningen has a new fine dining restaurant. On January 18, 2023, restaurant Blumé opened its doors at Oude Boteringestraat 43. The restaurant is located in Hotel Halbert, on the site of the former Hotel de Ville. The owners are hoteliers Marloes Hemmel and Jan Akkermans and executive chef Henrice Dijks. E. Restaurant Blumé opened

The former Hotel de Ville has been converted into a four-star boutique hotel by the couple Hemmel and Akkermans and reopened as Hotel Halbert (pronounced Halbèrt in French). On the ground floor is Restaurant Blumé, which is also pronounced in French. The restaurant newspaper (2023, February 10)

Hotel Halbert opened its doors during ESNS

GRONINGEN Gotel Halbert in the Oude Boteringestraat opened its doors during the Eurosonic Noorderslag (ESNS) music festival. A new challenge
